Sarah,

Any specific response on mediator names? In our call yesterday we had discussed Suzanne Snedeger and Meg McKinney. We agree to either one. I assume Hunter agrees to pay the mediator's fees, but please confirm.
We agree to use Meg McKinney. I have not yet had the opportunity to talk to Hunter about the fees, but will do so ASAP.

I also ask that you prepare a draft comprehensive settlement agreement for our review. We can leave blank specific numbers for support, but I would like to start moving toward an agreement on the other provisions, which I do believe is possible.
I will draft an agreement for your review and will get it to you in advance of mediation so you have time to review with Kathleen.

Finally, please let me know about our retainer (at this point it is almost all an outstanding balance rather than retainer) and support for Kathleen for February. This is critical for our agreement to take a step back and focus efforts on ADR.
Hunter agrees to pay your $15,000 retainer. He does not have that cash immediately available so he is going to have to take a loan or get some sort of an advance- but regardless, he is going to do that ASAP so that we can move forward with settlement. He is committed to getting this resolved.
