We really missed you on the call Friday! I tried to text you, but do not think it went through.

Carl Stern, Randy Russell and I had a solid conversation with Rick about 2016 Results, planning for 2017, and Rick's performance review. Then, in executive session, the three of us discussed and made a decision about Rick's compensation going forward.

I would be pleased to update you on that conversation, so you can talk to Rick about our decision, and how we will approach his salary adjustment for 2017. You and I should have a call about that tomorrow, (Monday the 6th), if at all possible so he is not left hanging this week.

OR, IF YOU WOULD PREFER: I can advise Rick of what we are planning, and then bring you up to speed at your convenience, before the upcoming board meeting. Please let me know how you wish to handle.
