Hunter/Sarah- To help you think through the ADR, attached is a simple spreadsheet that outlines various fixed costs and calculates the amount remaining for Hunter each month based on adjusting the amounts for child and spousal support. Caveats: This is based on the 2016 income figures submitted to Kathleen but you can change the base income in cell B9 to whatever you want. The numbers in cells B10 and B15 are just placeholder numbers for now. Also, I wasn’t sure what Kathleen’s tax rate would be and just picked 35%. It could be less. Finally, the autopays include costs such as Lourdes, the housekeeper. This is the current autopay amount and includes all cars, etc. Obviously, if you want to shift those costs to Kathleen you could reduce the amount attributed to the autopays and increase the spousal support. Let me know if this is helpful and if you need anything else. Eric D.
