To be clear, Jim and Sara don't currently have any legal obligation to turn
this over as far as I can tell. The request came to Hunter. If Hunter
doesn't have them or can't get access to them then I believe you (Hunter)
can just say that. I would assume if Kathleen still wants them then
she'll subpoena them directly. BUT, if it is the case that the entity
shut down prior to 2014 as we suspect then that would be something we could
say and hopefully not have to worry about it going forward. Up to you
all.
