Dear Tenants,

It is window cleaning time again! Please mark your calendars.

The 4th and 5th floor windows and balcony glass will be washed on Monday, February 13th. The windows will be washed on both the interior and exterior sides of the glass, therefore please make sure to move all the furniture at least 3 feet away from your windows by Monday morning, Feb 13th. The window cleaners will be escorted to each office suite by a security guard. Please let us know if the scheduled date is not good for you, or if there is a specific time of the day that we may not enter your office and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Also, please note that the glass elevator will be out of service for a portion of the day on Tuesday, February 14th, while the elevator shaft is cleaned.
