I just spoke with Penn and then with the VP -- Penn doesn't feel they can
be ready by Monday and would like to target Thursday, which seems fine to
us. I'm calling Delaware now and will coordinate, but for everyone's
awareness, we will plan to target Thursday to do the Penn/Del
announcements.
