Have a development group out of Chicago, a guy named Jack Buck, whose
father was/is apparently a real estate player there, who is interested in
purchasing this building or one like it for $3M, and providing the $5M in
tenant improvement dollars, and leasing it back to us.

Trying to raise $4M in operational capital, and other costs (purchasing
licenses, etc.) in parallel.
