execution: 1) BoD resolution on Alan Apter's new term (you've already
signed, however, President Kwasniewski signed an earlier version lacking
your signatures - so now we're needing yours, please, excuse the
inconvenience); 2) BoD resolution on President Kwasniewski's new term -
requires only Hunter's signature.
