I have not used your TD account. I did withdraw from our USAA account because I saw that you had been withdrawing money at ATMS in Delaware. I thought we had agreed that you would use your TD account and I would use the Wells Fargo - but you also seem to be using the USAA for non-bills. As for additional payments, for example, medical, if we can't afford to pay medical bills than I suggest we sell our cars, all of them, in order to settle our outstanding bills. My parents payment should be considered a priority. It is $450 a month and the idea that it isn't being paid is wrong on every level. If we are living above our means because medical and dental can't be paid - then that's pretty terrible. Settle the divorce and allow me to live within my means, pay my bills on time and never have to deal with you or Eric regarding finances ever again. I am beyond frustrated with your alternative facts regarding our finances. Simply looking at your spending is enough for any judge to be disgusted. If you don't settle we will be forced to go to court and embarrass the girls with what you've done. I have tried everything. Contractual separation, mediation, using the same lawyer, everything. I have said over and over and over again that I want to handle this quickly and kindly to respect the marriage and family we had. I don't want to hear about how you two pay the bills. I don't care about your business. I just want a fair settlement so I can plan my future and finances. Not sure how you want to respond, but as a reminder, of the money that you received in salary from Owasco on the 20th of this month the majority of this money went to pay your “autopays” and per the agreement between your attorneys the remainder was split $10,000 for Kathleen and $4,000 to you. That list of autopays was shared with Kathleen’s attorney and has been the same list we have been operating off of for the past two years at least. >> >> The agreement was that no other bills could be paid until and unless you received additional compensation. This included payments to Dr. Giannini and Kathleen’s lawyer and accountant. It also includes any payments to Kathleen’s parents, Lourdes and other doctor bills (Kathleen asked earlier this week if Dr. Skelsey had been paid as an example). >> >> Joan and I are happy to pay any additional bills but the only available money with which to do so would have to come out of the $10,000 that went to Kathleen or the $4,000 that went to you. Or there would have to be a decision to not pay one of the autopays (however as those are essential payments that would not be advisable). >> >> >> >> >> >> Eric D.
