CSIS and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University will host an information session for anyone interested in enrolling, or learning more about the EMIR degree program. Please join us to meet faculty, staff, and current students.

This master's program is open to professionals with at least seven years of experience who are interested in advancing their careers in international affairs. The program is designed to leverage the academic strengths of Maxwell, one of the nation's top-ranked graduate schools in public affairs, and the practical policy applications of CSIS as a leading global think tank.

The spring semester will begin January 14, 2019. Applicants who apply by November 1 will receive priority consideration. We will accept later applications on a rolling basis.
