Washington, DC Fellowship Home Group
Join us for our next meeting tomorrow Saturday, September 8 as we seek Recovery for Life together. This meeting celebrates our connection to Caron and each other and is open to all alumni and friends. This meeting will feature guest speaker, Hayley Hoffman. During this meeting, Hayley will focus on building connections in relationships and navigating difficult conversations. Bagels and coffee will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: The Alumni Fellowship Group will NOT be meeting in the Caron DC office on October 13th. The group will meet at the University of Maryland instead on Saturday, October 13th for the Sober Tailgate with the University of Maryland. Alumni, families, and friends are invited to join us for this activity. Stay tuned for more info!

Hayley Hoffman is a psychodynamically trained clinical counselor focused on helping clients to live life on life’s terms. She specializes in couples work using Imago Relationship Therapy, working from an empathic stance, helping clients through the process of noticing, identifying and understanding patterns of behavior that, while once useful coping mechanisms are no longer working. Together with her clients, they explore attachment meaning, past, and current actions, set goals and practice new behaviors. Her training is rooted in “unconditional positive regard,” exploring vulnerability and change, and a spiritual approach to life, drawing on the lessons she has learned in Imago Therapy, 12 step work, and psychodynamic clinical theory.

Parking & Directions: There is free parking available in Waverly Garage (7401 Waverly St.). Enter the Caron DC office building through the entrance on Waverly St. across from the Residence Inn and take the elevator up to the 7th floor. (You may have to ask the security guards to let you up to the 7th floor if the elevators are locked). The office is at the end of the hallway on the left.
