I wanted to make sure you received the below email and Summary of the Skaneateles redemption agreement.

I noticed you made some recent transfers from Skaneateles and some of the other business accounts. There are still some outstanding bills that haven’t been paid waiting for us to finalize this agreement so I really want to make sure we resolve this ASAP.

I am again copying George in the hopes that you can deputize him to review this agreement on your behalf.
