Hoping everyone had a nice weekend and we look forward to seeing you this
evening at 6:00 for our final gym orientation!

Additionally, the pool will now be available tomorrow, September 18. The
jacuzzi will be maintained tomorrow, which will be back in service on
Wednesday, September 19. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Dear Member,

Thank you for your patience while we have updated our facility, we are
excited to present you with our new gym which is now fully open and ready.


Myself and the team will be able to assist you in getting acclimated with
the new equipment and will be available to answer any questions you may
have.

We have partnered with our training team from Verve Health and Fitness to
ensure you are able to continue with your workout and show you how the new
equipment will be the most beneficial to your workout routine, these
sessions will be held for you on our behalf. In order to accommodate your
busy schedules, we have chosen several different dates and times for your
convenience.

Sessions will be held on the following dates:

12:00pm Wednesday September 5
7:30am Friday, September 7
7:00pm Tuesday, September 11
6:00pm Monday, September 17
