Mark Judge, whom Christine Blasey Ford said was in the room when Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her, will not testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, he said in a letter to the panel.

"I have no more information to offer the committee and I do not wish to speak publicly regarding the incidents described in Dr. Ford's letter," said Judge, who says he does not recall Ford's account.
