TRUTH BOMB: Leadership PACs aren't going anywhere. Efforts to overhaul campaign finance laws have gone nowhere for years.

-- ONE THING TO WATCH: As more Democratic candidates and lawmakers move to stop taking corporate cash, companies are going to try to find new ways to contribute to lawmakers.

-- BIG QUESTIONS: This whole issue is a matter of semantics. Corporate PACs are funded by individuals who work for companies. Will those in-house lobbyists and corporate executives give directly to candidates instead of to corporate PACs? Will companies -- which now spend a significant amount of time and effort to get employees to contribute to their PACs -- have to start pushing employees to write individual checks, over which they have little to no control?
