After seeing you in both Seoul and Chicago, I have given some thought to
the challenges you face putting a large amount of money to work with
limited staff resources.

I know how hard it is to find funds like Edgewater and I have an idea. I
know you are working with The Partners Fund in Switzerland, but thought KIC
might want to establish a relationship with Rosemont Seneca Partners (our
Chairman is Hunter Biden, Vice President Joseph Biden’s son).

We have a deep reach across the private equity universe in the US and
believe working with us would be of considerable value to KIC. We can
source managers, work with your team in NY on due diligence and/or manage a
PE fund-of-funds for the smaller PE firms ($1BL or less) that you want
exposure to, but don’t have the resources to find.
