One of Counsyl's competitors - are they one of the competitors that is offering a reimbursement on the co pay making their tests free to the consumer? If so, they have the cash to go toe to toe with Counsyl. The just closed an additional $120m today in a Series F. We have them in our deal memo as being small and a potential acquisition target for Counsyl, seems like they just got a lot bigger. With today's close of $120m, it puts their total funding to date at $195.5m to date.
