Good morning gentlemen:


I trust everyone had a productive weekend. I just wanted to circle back
and get some feedback from you all as we have not heard a "peep" from
AFL-CIO or their consultant.


As an aside, the Master Plan for this part of the County is not going
well since:


a) Maryland and Montgomery County have limited funds for a non-core
area investment

b) Unless we get movement from NLC I can't reach out and get our
circulator route in place needed to keep this area as a drive to instead
of a drive though. i.e. getting investment to get people off the roads
and onto the rail system.

c) I have several meeting with Councilmembers who want to know my
thoughts on the area, and of course I will paint a rosy picture, but I
can't move the placement of the Bus Rapid Transit to a higher level in
Whiteoak/Hillandale unless I can start a huge promotion machine that we
have tied up the site and here are the plans.
