Guys,


We received the Goldman wires today for management fees for the Alpha and
Bravo Vehicles. We have about 180k that we can distribute from these
vehicles until the next Goldman Wires on January 1.


We also have to pay Suzanne $17,625 today as the second installment of her
10 payments for the neuberger commitment.


After making these transfers it will leave us with about $40k to cover
expenses for the end of the year until the next RSTP II Capital call, which
we can do at our discretion and is likely to happen within the next 30 days
to fund a new investment.


I suggest we distribute the 180k today/tomorrow.
