As discussed, please find attached the Briefing Memo and draft economics for Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners. We hope this puts more meat around the discussions we have been having and will make our meetings next Monday more productive with actionable next steps.

We will also bring a deck next Monday that we will distribute before the meeting that will provide some more detail regarding the attached. What we have left out of the attached materials that we would like to discuss on Monday includes the respective roles of the investment and advisory teams in the fundraising, deal sourcing, deal execution and company advisory/building activities. We also plan to address our deal and LP pipelines.
