I have attached a scan of the check that was written to BIDEN FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL

In situations where the payee does not cash a check we have written, HNTB has to start the Unclaimed Property Process where the funds will eventually be turned over to the state.

Before I start this process, which will include contacting the payee, I am attempting to determine if we actually do owe this vendor by contacting you.

I realize this is an extremely old item so if you don’t recall whether we owe this money that is fine. Please let me know if you remember this item, and if you do, whether or not HNTB owes this amount to the vendor.
