Good morning. Last night I attended the Master Plan for the East County which happened to be at the Meany Center. I was approached by the College's President and asked why we went behind their backs to the AFL CIO. I simply said that it had been a year since we last heard from the college and were excited to be back at the College for another presentation. (Mike and Chuck your guidance in handling this question today is needed. I suggest being out in front of it and figure out who says what)

This is where some friction may be coming from. They now have a consultant who has brought in two developers, one is Monument Realty that has lost multiple buildings but is local merchant builder. Second is Hines which may or may not be involved but is out of Texas and not locally based yet has the wherewithal to develop.
