Not sure if I mentioned this to you or not but we are still not officially under contract with LO yet. Their GC has been in Switzerland and just got back and is looking at the contract. I believe they'll have some changes but nothing significant. I talked to Tom today and I am still aiming for July 1 - although we may actually sign after the 1st.
