FYI, I talked to Abel re: Acciona. They talked further to Acciona and they would definitely still like the right contact at Lockheed. Interestingly, re: UTC your intel/instinct was right. According to Acciona they are already in initial discussion with UTC because UTC isn't happy with Clipper. Acciona said they may need help with UTC at some point. I wouldn't go too far with UTC yet, but that sounds promising.
