which part of the Pritzker family is the right target for us.

I don't know the dynzamics here - I hear Penny's and Nick's names tossed
around, but have not idea what the family dysfunction is - Devon/RHB do you

family of Chicago who has just committed $30mil to another p.e. firm
focused on Healthcare technologies. They should be very interested in your
strategy and additional companies in the portfolio. The Pritzker Group with
2 of the brothers invests in middle market companies in HC, Tech and
Software Services.


Since the successful split of the family empire a year ago there are many
points of contact for this capital. Please let me know how you would like
to proceed on this lead, they should be investing from one of these pools
of capital.
