Please join with me in congratulating the winners of the Calendar Year 2013 Russell Egnor Navy Media Awards program.  The complete list of winners is attached.
The products submitted to this year’s program were simply amazing.  The overall technical quality, impact and communication value of the products submitted were some of the best our MC CPO Mess has ever seen. I am very proud of the work you all produced.
I also want to recognize our Navy Media Awards judges.  We had a diverse group of 148 active duty, reserve and civilian PA/VI leaders – from E3 to O6, retired, and joint service PA/VI professionals – judge our media products. The panels were held in nine areas around the world and they reviewed, discussed, and judged more than 1300 entries encompassing 51 broadcasting, journalism, photography, graphic arts and leadership categories.  Thank you all for running a great program.
Again, congratulations to all.  Keep up the great work! A NAVADMIN and a Navy Media Awards website with links to the winning products and judge’s comments will be released soon.
