Dear Member,

I wanted to share with you an update on the TV issues, specifically with
CNN that we have been investigating for a couple of weeks now.
Comcast has had a senior team of technicians at the hotel several days
last week and this week and we are confident now that Comcast has assured
that their signal coming into the building is strong and clear.
At the same time we have been working with Technogym and they were able to
find a software glitch in the monitors that might be the cause of the
issue.
Technogym is currently working on re-writing a software that will be used
to update all TVs in the equipment to solve this problem.
We are anticipating a technician to have this information and be able to
upload it earliest by the beginning of next week.

We understand that this causes a major inconvenience to you but appreciate
your continued patience while we work on resolving this ongoing issue.
