I am looking forward to seeing you again and meeting your family when you visit Spring Island. You will be staying at Mike and Pattie Ducey's four bedroom guest house at 17 Tidal Creek Lane on Spring Island. When you arrive on Sunday, please call my cell phone and I will meet you at the Spring Island Sales office and I will lead you to your accommodations. Dinner is served at the Golf House on Sunday and if you would like to dine there, I would be glad to make arrangements. Do you know your arrival time ?

As Laird mentioned, bikes are available at the Sports Center and I will look into a golf cart for you. Your gate pass will be available at the entry gate and we will set up a Club account for you and you can give us a credit card number before you depart. I am available at your convenience to give you a tour of the island and take you to any homes that you would like to see. If Kathleen will give me a list of food and beverage items that she would like placed in the cottage, I will see to it. With the exception of dinner Tuesday evening, one of the Club's restaurants will be open for every meal during your visit. I will leave it to you and Jim to sort out golf and dinner arrangements.

Jim, Bob and Hunter,

Thank for making this happen for Hunter and his family. Jim has taken care of the sponsorship part for Spring Island as a guest and we are up with Bob who found a really great place in short notice, owned by the Deucy (SP?) Family.

I spoke to Bob this AM, who you did meet last time we were down, and there is no paperwork to do ahead of time, they will send you the bill after the stay or you can provide a CC when you get there or when you leave. The rate is $300 per night with one time cleaning fee of $150. The plan is to meet Bob at the Real Estate Office upon arrival to get the keys and directions to for the house. Passes will be at the Spring Island Gatehouse via Jim and Bob. There are bikes that can be rented at the Fitness center. Bob was going to check on that and we also discussed a Golf Cart. We will get details on that. I believe you will have to charge everything to Jim's account while on Island and then just pay him unless they set up a guest account.

Jim is expecting to have you over to visit with him and Betsy and have dinner or at The Club House or Walkers Landing, depending on the night. You guys should get on the golf Course as well!!! Jim suggested we get you the contact for the General Manager at Spring Island so the Secret Service can connect and do what they need to do ahead of time.

Will let you and Bob arrange for times to see some of the houses on the island. I personally like the Old Tabby Cottages. There are 2 on the market. Small and well-appointed and great location.

I will leave it to you all to work out the details on everything else.
