EMAIL DETAILS

Dear Hunter, Eric, Neal and Devon:

After 4 great years I am changing my relationship with Gentry from an
active Partner and Managing Director to that of an Advisor.

I have partnered with a tier-one team, including my business partner of
four years with whom I co-founded Gentry NY, to build Citizen.VC, a venture
focused FinTech start-up based in Silicon Valley and in New York - stay
tuned...

I think that you will find CVC to be an very compelling platform for
collaboration with Rosemont Seneca.

Although I will continue to receive email sent to ehaymes@gentryfc.com it
is best to email me on my personal email evanahaymes@gmail.com or at
evan@citizen.vc. All other contact information will remain the same:
