He’s done it every day since. Recently, when he wanted to take a break from his restaurant business, he decided to go as far off the grid as he could go for three weeks, trekking in the Himalayas. And he took his TM practice with him. Internationally renowned neuroscientist Dr. Fred Travis explains that meditation can lead to transcendental experiences, a sense of self-awareness without content.
