Hi Karen,

I hope you are well and it's my pleasure to meet you. It sounds like you
and Arlene had a very nice dinner in Italy.

We have an interesting opportunity that we are looking to expand to a
select group of additional partners.

John DeLoche is leading our effort on this deal and he and I can talk with
you about the opportunity.

As you know these types of opportunities move quickly. At it's highest
level, we are in process on a secondaries direct opportunity in the
technology space in the $10-25m range. We'd like to invite the right folks
from your team who care for this area to an initial call in the next couple
of days if that is possible.

Attached is our standard NDA that we would need to execute to share more on
this opportunity. Please review.

briefly to you at dinner.
