We have great momentum on Projet Ocean. Among other LPs, we have had five
meetings with Pantheon in the past two weeks who are a $25bn global LP.
They are going to their investment committee next week to get approval to
invest up to $30 million in Project Ocean.

They have asked for references as a final step. Please find preliminary
list attached. We should ideally give them 10 or so total names who will
say great things about us. These could be references we invested in,
advised, co-invested with, worked with us on business development, etc.

It would be great if we could send out a final list on Monday to Pantheon
and others. Please send your thoughts in an email and lets finalize it on
the Monday 2pm call.
