Dear Trustees,


Our vision for boys in Baltimore city is underway with our Collegiate
Summer Bridge Academy. The last day is this Friday, August 3. Fifteen
very bright and very eager boys are becoming strong scholars, through a
challenging curriculum and sports training in soccer, basketball and
lacrosse.


I need your collective wise counsel and guidance early this week. Would
you be available for a conference call on Tuesday morning (7-9:00AM) or
early Tuesday evening (6-8pm). We need to discuss two significant
matters and 30 minutes should be sufficient time for the call. Please
let me know your preference before the close of business on Monday. I
will send out a second notice with the conference call number and code
tomorrow evening.
