Hi Arlene,

Matt's a very nice guy. Has very similar experience to me and John.

ICG is the old high flying VC that was a leader in the tech bubbly of the
later 1990s. They are now an operating company and invest from the balance
sheet to make acquisitions that they roll up. And their space is software
as a service, mostly b2b. So OSI does not fit their strategy.

Matt is also leaving ICG this month to pursue a strategy that is basically
identical to RSTP I think with some relationship or backing from ICG going
forward.

Thanks for the introduction, Matt could be a good relationship for deal
flow and co-investing in the future once he gets his new venture up and
running.

How is the conversation going with Edgewater? Do we need to review the
deal with him and his team? Do they want to do any diligence?

Do you have any other ideas for investors?
