Dancing Under the Stars Party

Chef Jason is preparing a special tapas menu for tomorrow evening. The following food will be offered at 6:30 pm in the Main Dining Room for any of you who wish to have some Tapas themed food prior to your dance party.

The following 3 appetizers and a main dish for $15 ++

Sautéed calamari , with diced Tasso ham and roasted potatoes and cilantro.

Tasso croquettes with saffron aioli.

Ahi Tuna, roasted red pepper and cannelloni beans.

Paella: Saffron Rice, pulled chicken and shrimp.

We will plan on seeing you at 6:30 unless we hear otherwise.
