Taking care of this today Chris. Company is Hudson West 3 LLC. The board consists of 4 people. I am the managing Partner. I will send you a simple email giving you the names and consent of all board members and their signatures acknowledging my right to sign on behalf of HW3. If you can have the revised lease agreement to me today I will sign it and have the money wired tomorrow morning.
