FYI below. The company did not take it well and Coatue just circled back. Tried to lighten blow by offering to have Rob connect them with Cornerstone per Rob's suggestion yesterday. They might be having trouble filling the rest of the deal hence the smaller than expected first closing. I am happy we came together on this one. Onward.
