Hunter, I just wanted to let you know that Journal went to the publisher yesterday and the article submitted by the Vice President is wonderful. Interestingly and purely by coincidence, the first article to appear in the Journal is on Estonia. The articles were selected a 5 weeks ago and like your dad's article have taken on greater significance with the Crisis in Ukraine. Thanks again and let me know when you are in Philadelphia so I can take you to lunch. All the best, Jim On Tue, Jan 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM, Jim Mcgann <mcgannpenn@gmail.com> wrote: > Dear Mr. Biden, my friend and colleague at CSIS, Andrew Schwartz suggested > that I write to you regarding my request to have Vice President Biden be > this year's headliner for the journal for the International Relations Honor > Society.
