EMAIL DETAILS

Greetings Hunter,

On behalf of my father (Amb. Delano Lewis) I would like to say thank you so much for meeting with us yesterday morning. It was great seeing you again… Also wanted to thank you for all the comments and advice you shared with us regarding our exciting business venture AHA-LEARNING. As a follow up, I wanted to see what your availability might be to schedule a follow up meeting. I know that this may be short notice, however my VP Cliff Butler and I have a series of meetings in DC on Monday. I just thought I would check to see if you were available at around 10:00 am on the 17th. If not no worries, we can work around what you may have available.

Thanks again, I look forward to your reply and possibly getting back together with you next week. Have a good one and I will talk to you soon.

Cheers,

Geoff

Hello,

Hunter indeed would be able to make breakfast on March 12th. Something from 8:15 on would work and he is suggesting the Four Seasons in Georgetown. Please let me know if I can make a reservation for you, how many people and a time, if this will suit your schedule.

Thank you.

Best,

Katie

Mr. Lewis,

Hunter will be returning from travel on the evening of the 11th. Breakfast on the 12th is probably the best option but I would like to confirm this on Monday. Thank you. I will be back to you soon.

Best,

Katie

Terrific Katie, thanks so much. Just as a quick FYI, I just spoke with my father (Ambassador Delano Lewis) and he is planning on being in town the afternoon of March 11th. He mentioned to me that he would love to meet up with Hunter as well if it was possible to make the schedules work. To give you an idea of his schedule at the moment, he has:

Tuesday March 11th for Dinner or Drinks open.

Wednesday March 12th for Breakfast or Lunch. (He just needs to catch a train to NYC around 2:00 pm)

Once again thank you so much, I look forward to your reply… Have a good one…

Best regards,

Geoff

My father remarked that you two of you had a very nice conversation to which I came in on the tail end of that. I thought I would drop you a quick note to see if you might have some time to get together or chat by phone. I would welcome the opportunity to seek your advice on the major education project we are working on. If you would be so kind as to share with me your thoughts and possible availability, that would be great.
