$5.9mm revenue invoiced in Q2, up 540% YoY and 17% QoQ.

Requisitions increased 21% QoQ to 16,742.

Key milestones achieved in automating new lab facility which positions the
company well for strong growth in 2H 2012.

Approval of test for NYS received, the benefits of which will start to be
reflected in 2H 2012.

Company is in discussions regarding an opportunistic near term capital
raise at a significant premium to the Series B round completed in December
2011.
