EMAIL DETAILS

Hey guys,

We had two great meetings yesterday on the fundraising front as well. LGT - which essentially is the Liechtenstein Sovereign Wealth Fund ($15-25M check) and Ingleside Capital, which is the Israel Family office which could be a twofer - The Israel Family, as well as Phillips Academy of Andover which has a $950m endowment which Tom is responsible for (run out of his office) - maybe a $2-5m check size target for Tom and Andover. Tom was in the same class at Yale with Sec. Kerry - small world and he seems to have a big interest in med-tech.

We feel very good about Suzanne. She's mature, has deep long term relationship with fund allocators - she's bullish on us raising our target and is only going to put us in front of investors that she knows has an allocation available for our strategy, her list right now has 24 prospects that meet that criteria.

We also had a great lunch with Dan and a meeting afterward. We took him through the pitch and answered his questions, I think he knows enough to be dangerous and start qualifying his network and setting up meetings.

KZ seems still in process, Erbol will head to visit John and Will in SF as some point in April. And Julianna is on board to set up meetings.

Great momentum this week.

Best,

Neil

Subject: Update

Gents,

Good progress on Lyft (Project Leo) and Counsyl this week Goldman.

They are checking conflicts on Leo with the goal of going to investment committee around a $25mm investment that we would manage. They are aware if deal timing and are going to operate accordingly. Leo closed $80mm of the $150mm round yesterday (Coatue and Andreessen). Deal memo in progress.

On Counsyl, they are very enthusiastic about moving forward with a primary/secondary round. The thought is to price a $20mm primary as well as buy an additional $10mm of secondary (an additional $30mm investment we would manage). We are likely submitting term sheet to Counsyl Monday on this.

They are looking forward to the closing dinner which will also possibly be a due diligence trip for them around the additional Counsyl investment. Julia is bringing her fiancé to dinner. Would be great for all of us to being spouses if possible. We can make this an official RSTP fundraising event and expense travel/hotel for teams and families.

Let's discuss in the partner call Monday.

Best,

John
