Here are the latest Project Ocean documents.

2. Landmark MOU
3. Terms Sheet with OSI

We need to dig deep and find $2-3m for GP commitment and "Friends of
Rosemont". * Please reach out to everyone you know who could come in here
and get them talking with me and John this week and next.*

I feel confident we will get a 2nd institutional investor to commit $5-20m
along side Landmark's $20m-25m.

Our GP/ "Friends of Rosement" commitment and a 2nd institutional investor
are requirements for Landmark to come in with their commitment.
