Subject: Have You Received Your Ballot for Our Union Election?

On Friday, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) mailed ballots to our homes for our adjunct union election at Georgetown University.

Many of us have already received our ballots and it is urgent that we vote yes and return our ballots right away!

If the NLRB does not receive your ballot before May 3rd, your vote will not be counted, so don’t wait.

If you have not yet received your ballot by this Friday, April 19,or if you have questions about how to fill it out, you can call the National Labor Relations Board at (202) 208-3000<tel:%28202%29%20208-3000>.

We are very close to forming our union, but it is vital that you don’t wait to vote!
