FINRA asked us today to submit a request for an extension of our application to May 3rd. To me, this is good news as they gave us the date of May 3rd so they seem to telegraphing that they'll decide by then. Don't think they would have told us May 3rd if they thought it would take longer than that. May 3rd is a week from Friday so looks like we MIGHT really be two weeks away. MAYBE. Eric D.
