Artic char - pan roasted artic char over couscous, roasted vegetables and saffron butter sauce $27
Pork chop - grilled pork chops with hot roasted apples and cognac demi $25


In April the Club house dining schedule will be as follows:
Thursday, Friday and Saturdays lunch ( 11- 2) and dinner ( 5:30 -9)
Sundays we will open at 10 - 2. On Sundays we will again be offering eggs Benedict, and omelets in addition to the regular lunch menu.
