You are receiving this email because you may not have registered for our 2013 Spring Policy Conference and we wanted to let you know that our primary room block at the Hotel Viking has sold out. We have an alternate overflow room block at The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina. To make an online reservation in the overflow block, at a rate of $109.00/night, click here (https://bookings.ihotelier.com/bookings.jsp?groupID=1002498&hotelID=17382) and enter the group code DAGA. We cannot guarantee these rates or room availability if the blocks sell out before April 4th, 2013 or if you do not reserve your room before April 4th, 2013. In the event you need to cancel, we will do our best to resell your room, but if we cannot, and you cancel any later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the hotel’s cancellation fee of one night’s charge plus tax. Dress for the conference is business to business casual. Newport enjoys mild weather in May with highs in the upper-60s and lows in the mid to upper 50s.
