Hey team: Attached is draft of the presentation for projecting on the big screen on 4/3. I think less content is better than more. And we want to get through the overview and update quickly and foster a rich interactive discussion for the remainder of the time. So 30 minutes introduction, overview and update and 90 minutes for guest speaker and introduction. Suggest approach and roles: 1. Welcome - Hunter (welcomes people to the office and to DC and says a few remarks) 2. Overview of RSTP - John 3. Performance update - John and Devon 4. Guest Speaker - Neil to moderate 5. Open Discussion - Neil to moderate 6. Closing - Hunter - thanks for coming We need to think if we want to invite everyone to dinner or not. I would say yes. If gives people something to look forward to and may be weird if 80% of the folks start asking about dinner and 20% are confused, etc. Let's see what the final RSVP list looks like. Logistics: 1. Dinner reservations - Katie, all set 2. Room configuration ideas and set up - Katie, Rob & Eric 3. Order coffee, soda, water, cookies and fruit - Katie 4. Select and order SWAG - John and Katie 5. Name tags? Do we pre-print? Do we just have people fill in a blank one? Do we need them? - Katie 6. Handouts? I don't think we give things to people who may leave them at dinner, etc., we will tell people we will email the deck if they want it. What do people think? 7. Sign in sheet - we need people to sign in and give us their name, email, number if we don't already have that information. 8. Guest offices - guests may want the use of an office during the meeting, before or after for a private call, etc. We should have 2 spaces for them. 9. One on one meetings before 3:30pm - do we have any booked? Where would we have them? We need to allow some set up time from 2-3pm when no guests are in the office so we can get set up. 10. Team logistics: I arrive on 4/2 by lunch, so I can help set up in the afternoon. I am staying at the Georgetown Conference Center on Tues and Wed night - I have room for one more (John, Devon). John, Devon, can you provide you travel logistics to Katie? Anyway, just the beginning of a list. Please comment/edit/add. Can we do a call on Monday afternoon to review? How about 4:30pm EST on Monday? Have a great weekend. Best, Neil -- Neil Callahan Rosemont Seneca Partners 917-945-951
