Sending draft contract to Greg tomorrow. In it, I am including a 5% success fee and equity that kicks in at a certain level of success. Not sure what the equity % they would give us would be and not sure what level of success would trigger it but I will negotiate it with Greg. I would try and suggest a number but not knowing their current valuation/revenue I am flying a little blind. Do you agree with approach? Eric D.
