Pursuant to your request, the RSP Investments Form NMA has been amended and the Landlord Consent and Sublease Agreements have been attached thereto.

Please note that the Agreements were attached as a single file, as the sublease is an exhibit to the Landlord Consent Agreement. This is reflected in the Description section in the Form NMA amendment.
