terms and conditions:


1) Private debt fund – direct lending to middle market companies.

2) 10 year investment

3) Capital call type

4) Capital raising of $500MM since they want to invest $60MM

5) Want to make an investment by June 2013. Initial screening will
start from April 12th so we need to have all materials by then.


Would you know any manager who is trying to raise $500MM + with this
strategy now?
